Announcing a New Program for buyers from
the State of Maryland
The State of Maryland announced a new home grant assist program for buyers starting January 19th 2017. This is a grant to be use towards closing cost- 4% of the home loan.

- - Grant is for closing cost - 4%
- - This is not a loan- Does not need to be repaid
- - This can be used for any property in the State of Maryland.
- - First time buyers and buyers that have not owned a house in Maryland in the last 3 years are eligible.

- We can help you confirm your eligibility for the Grant Assist Program and will make sure you meet all the requirements, such as attending the
right Homebuyer Education Class.
- We will check your eligibility to see whether you can apply for a Maryland Mortgage Program loan. Note that being
eligible to apply does not guarantee approval, and lenders will take into
account things like your income, credit history and employment situation
when considering your application.
